Tata Sky — Sales representative arfath | |||||
Hi team, My subscription id: [protected]. I would like to raise a complaint against your representative "arfath” he was extremely rude and was not at all giving me the correct information. Upon asking the same question again he is telling me aapko 5baar already batha diya hai aapko samaj nahi aarha hai and on top of that he is telling me agle baar se mere se dyaan se baat karna is he threatening me?? Is a don or something? I am the new user if i don’t know something it’s better to ask you guys, i guess that is why they have been appointed right? I was really shocked to hear these things from a well reputed organization like tata sky. I then asked to transfer the line to senior manager or supervisor. He then transfers the line to tejas, who was very polite and patience and helped me out. I told him about the incident and he took the complaint against him (Complaint number:- sxhy5su).
