Tata Sky — satellite signal not receiving to set top box
My tata sky connection not working since last six days. I have made online complaint many times but no action taken by tatasky. On power on settop box, message appear on tv screen that "signal not received".
Since last six days i can't enjoy tv programmes due to not attending my complaint by tatasky. My plan may be extended for the period for not working of settonoc.
Please make arrangements to resolve problem on immediate basis
