[Resolved]  Tata Sky — saved incorrect name

Dear tata sky, my name is "surji negi" with tata sky subscriber id (Protected) which you have wrongly saved as "surjet negi"on your site and it's sounds is so irritating whenever any communication take place with your call centers. I also tried to reset my name on my profile, i found that the user holder cannot xhange or update those particular fields. Please correct my name as soon as possible. Thank you!

I bought the tata sky set top box last year...And for the first time i am getting this error" wrong card for the set top box"(pairing error)

Hi, that's not how it should have been. Remove the card and wipe it with a soft dry cloth, insert it back(The Tata Sky logo should be upward and the arrow pointing towards the Set-top box) and let us know the status.
I recharged for [protected]------rs.550 on 18, 19 Oct.for 1 tv, , , , , , , now company telling today is the due date.
