[Resolved]  Tata Sky — scamming senior citizen my connection id [protected]

This is with reference to our tata sky connection with subject captioned id under my name - mr. Krishan lal, i am a 90+ senior citizen. The annual pack was purchased on 11th october 2018 for inr 14, 000/- for 3 tata sky connections under the annual package which was supposed to get over on 10th october 2019.

I received a message in the month of march 2019 on the set top box that the due date is now pre - poned to august 2019 without any valid reason. With much difficulty when i called to enquire on the same i was told that the plan has been changed because of some new rule. When the recharge was done i was clearly told that even if the charges increases the annual package will not be affected. But now without any intimation tata sky stopped most of the channels and harassing me. All the more i am not in the position to fight with them on the daily basis. For him it is extremely tough to call tata sky seeking a solution.

This is extremely disgusting, displeasure and not acceptable. Customer has paid a chunk of amount in advance for the goodwill of the company and now got scammed by tata sky.

Need an urgent resolution but only getting harrased as tata sky’s ceo mr. Hari t narang also doesn’t bother replying to our emails. I am awating for my money back.

How can account be migrated without my concent? I do not wish to continue with Tata sky hence I seek my refund of INR 9000 from INR 140000 for which services were not provided to me. Further discontinue with Tata sky as your company does not work on ethical business practices. I am a 90+ senior citizen and being harassed by your company. Urgently refund my money back

How can a plan be migrated without customer’s consent???
Our package was purchased in October 2018 for INR 14000
From March 2019 we did not receive the services that were promised hence we want our refund money from April to October 2019 which is not provided to us. Then we will decide whether we want Tata sky or something else. Hence first refund our INR 9000/-
