[Resolved]  Tata Sky — Second set up box not being disconnected in spite of repeated requests.

Last year in may 2016, my children were here on vacation and I got installed the second set up box, told them I require only for one month. But after that made requests to disconnect it not only on phone but from
their outlet in South City-1, that person who does the recharge made my complaint and I was told it is being disconnected from today onward. But to my surprise it is always being charged. So, without using the second set up box I am being charged for it.
Definitely I am thinking of alternative TV programme set up very soon. Frustrated by the Tata sky people behaviour and service/
