Tata Sky — Service activation without consent | |||
Dear Support, With this mail, I want to being to your notice that there has been the chances in the past when actve services gets activated on my subscriber ID [protected] without consent written or verbal. On 30th November 2015 at 10:20AM, I have received the SMS from Tatasky which says " Request completed for Monthly Actve Music, Rs60." Also, On 14 september 2015 at 11:05AM, I have received the SMS from Tatasky which says " Request completed for Monthly Actve Cooking, Rs59." I have never requested for any of these service & It is completely surprise for me which has deducted Rs60 & Rs59 balance from my account. I have the touring Job due to which was not able to reach immediately to call center for Actve cooking deactivation. However, I have logged the complaint on 19th October with compliant no. KPNTBXA & KRJ2NNM. After followup, I have been informed that services are stopped but refused to refund the amount because they took permission from my house. However, we have not received any call. Now, I want to get these cases investigated thoroughly with proper written explanation of this flaw & proper corrective action otherwise I shall take this matter to all higher authorities. You can try other sources of contacting Tata Sky to ensure your work gets done. You can address your complaint to tata sky’s official handle @tatasky. They will arrange for a callback and assist you accordingly or you can contact Tata Sky customer service. They are quite prompt in their reply and will help you out. It is more effective way of getting your work done. You can write to them at [protected]@tatasky.com or call their helpline number at [protected]. The best part is it is available 24X7. I am sure they will look into your matter and settle your grievance.
