Tata Sky — Service and CSD not upto the mark | |||
Sir I have a TATA SKY connection with no. [protected], I was not receiving the channels clearly and there were visual problems in some channels, I reported this to the customer care but no action was taken and issue was not resolved. TATA SKY charges every time a service is availed but it should also keep a check that the services are provided to the customers on premium basis, motto should be customer oriented and not only money oriented. I feel harassed and I wish to transfer my connection and shift to some other operator. Its my request that some action should be taken so that customers are not harassed. I too had earlier shared my subscriber id in this complaint forum and Tata Sky's support team did get in touch with me. I am sure they will try getting in touch with you too. Alternatively, you can try writing to them at [protected]@tatasky.com or call their helpline number at [protected]. The best part is it is available 24X7. I am sure they will assist you in resolving the visual disruption you are facing.
