[Resolved] Tata Sky — service and response are worst | |||||
I am using tatasky since 2006 and paid always higher amount when needdd. This time while called about connection issue hd asked to pay visiting fee even for sure it's issue with there end about signal. Now no way to take such operator and raised request to cancel connection, hd team cancelled the connection but non of them responding when and how much refund i will get out of my balance which is there. It's pathetic they need 30 days time to investigate and come back. Until i did not get confirmation and date about refund it's not good to go with other operator /connection as i don't have trust with it now. Calling for call back from there back end team.
