Sub : - complain / ultimatum against the local service provider. Madam/ sir, This is to inform you that puri club, dist - puri, odisha is a platinum hd annual customer of your company since last five years. But we are extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by your local service provider current days. The fact is like this that at least 3 to 4 days in a week we are unable to enjoy the service as the system of tata sky is not functioning. We have put several complains frequently. After two three follow up some one turn up from the service provider checks and tells something has gone wrong and changes some parts best known to him as after two three days again that did not work where as we are charged to pay for the service what seldom availed. This is going on again and again and the result is the same. As you know that puri club is the only heritage club of puri and its members are highly elite, officials dignitaries including the district magistrate cum collector it brings sorry state of picture of tata sky service in puri. Lastly ultimatum has come from management committee to switch over to other service provider if the service does not improve. Under these circumstances i am constrained to intimate you to resolve this problem as soon as possible and oblige. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Local dealer is asking for rs.350 for updating the software as the set top box is not working.SO kindly tell me how to start the box and get rid of the problem.
