[Resolved] Tata Sky — Service charge

My cust id [protected] i am not able to view chanels so i called Customer care department but he has given wrong information . then service person visited to my home and only setting in my box updated after that its visible but he charges 200 rs for that and is also deducted from balance . he not informed me also that service charge will deduct from your tata sky account. please revert back 200rs in my tata sky account Was this information helpful?
