Tata Sky — Service charge within warranty period | |||
My Tatasky connection is new. It has not completed one year. As per information provided by your helpline, there is no service charge for first year. Still I am receiving repeated remainders to pay the same. On helpline, up to your seniors, they all agree for the same. If service call is payable during the first year of connection, I should have been informed beforehand which is not done. You people are unnecessarily harnessing me, when there is clear mention of free service within warranty period. Please explain me why should I pay service charge within warranty period?
