Tata Sky — Service charges charged twice for one complaint in 24 hours | |||
This is Rajesh aggarwal. Tata sky DTH ID number- [protected]. On 17/08/2015, we reported a complaint for signal problems under work order WOJM8UGBG. In evening, engineers arrived and checked, signals were proper. They said we need to change the adopter. We said ok, kindly change. They took Rs 125 + rs 170 service charges. But the adopter was not the problem. Next morning, the same signal problem occurred. We again reported complaint on 18/08/2015 8:43 am. The work order provided was JMQ8IL7. We told them that we reported for the same problem so they said for the same complaint service charges won't be applied twice. Around 1 pm, engineers came and said the wire is rusty. They cleaned the wire. They said no service charges will be charged and no voucher was signed for service charges either. But on 24/08/2015, you deactivated our multi tv connection although we have paid Rs295 on 19/08/2015. Our connection is still deactivated. We contacted the customer care. They said the balance has been finished since they charged the service charges twice. Please look after this matter that why service charges has been taken twice for the same complaint within 24 hours. Was this information helpful? | |||
