dear sir, myself nishat cus id [protected] i have upgraded my set up box with hd box in which one month hd channels are free i have recharge with 380 on 11apr where validity i got is of one month ie 12may payment n now on 27 apr my services are deactivated n msg is displaying to recharge again in this case i have logged a complaint on customer care they have said that automaticaly validity will increase no need to worry now when i am calling to customer care they have not answering my calls putting my call on one hour hold n after that when they recv they said server down call after one hour i have call 3times since morning n same answer they have given me please sir i req you to resolve my prob..this is the worst dth service provider please check sir
