I paid my monthly rechage but still after 30 minutes my services were disconnect, I had to watch football matches hence I did the recharge, called customer care and spoke to Rashid he said he cannot help as system is getting upgraded. I told him ot is not my fault I want my service to work as I have paid for it he abruptly said he cannot do anyyhing and also refused to transfer the call to a supervisor. I personally took a leave just to watch the match and now I am stranded. Pathertic customer service please cancel their license as the do not care about customers. I will be cancelling my service and also want a refund.
