Tata Sky — Service interruptions from last 2 months

I have been a happy customer of tatasky + from few years but from past two months me n my family are troubled with repeated interruptions in the service, , , sometimes few channels are blown out, more specifically the hd channels while the other times the whole set of channels are... This is very disappointing n frustrating.. We are not even getting the news channels properly.. Earlier we thought it is due to rain but from the past 2 weeks there is no rain in my city (hisar) to put the blame .. Kindly get it fixed as soon as possible! Waiting for your actions !
