Tata Sky — Service not available since 12th April '15

22nd April '15 Dear Sir, I am having Tata Sky - DTH connection - No [protected] since last 12 years. From 12th April onwards, we are not able to get the services and so, we have registered a complaint so many times with the help line numbers as well as online on My tatasky.com (Online no - SR[protected] but still no body from Tata sky attend our complaint. With my surprise I have registered complaint online on 19th April and today I tracked the same but with my surprise they have closed the complaint with a date of 20th April without attending it.
