The remote handset given has been malfunctioning. I was asked to lodge a complaint by speaking to help line number which I did. I was told that a replacement would cost me Rs.375 bucks which I agreed to pay. Work Order No MGRA5MU was assigned on 24th Jan 16 at 8.23 PM and I was advised that some one would contact me in 2 hours. This never happened.
On 25th I got a call and again I went through the rigmarole of repeating the entire issue and I was advised that some one would visit on 26th Jan 16 between 19.10 hours and 19.50 hours to deliver the gadget.
On 26th I got a message at 4.21 PM stating that the visit is unilaterally rescheduled on 27th Jan 16 between 19.21 hours and 20.01 hours
On the same day at 10.02 PM I got a message stating that the work order had been unilaterally cancelled
This being the quality of service I am astonished how a company that uses TATA Brand in its name, can afford to be so indifferent to customers, how they do not maintain any channel of escalation of complaints in the company web site and also how they get away with unilaterally hiking subscription month after month Was this information helpful? |
