[Resolved] Tata Sky — service related issue | |||
I am gaurav jalan son of mr aloke kumar jalan and we have taken 2 connections of tata sky and 7 televisions are running on the same. The registered mobile number of 2 connections are [protected] and [protected]. Now we are calling the company since 3 days and they have not been able to rectify our problems till date. We have escalated the matter to nodal officer also but nothing has happened till now. We recently paid renewal amount for the connections and this company is not being able to resolve our problem. We request you to take action against them and ask them to compensate us as we have called them many a times and now it is becoming mental harassment on us.
