From May 23, 2023 my Set Top Box is not receiving any signal and for solving that problem I raised a service request on May 24, 2023 in Tata Play app. Request Id is W0#1-4H8R8BEE. It was told technician would visit my place on May 25, 2023 within 9a.m to 12p.m.
On May 25th, 2023 at 10:38 am I received a sms on my registered phone:
"Dear Subscriber, Tata Play Technician visit for WO#1-4H8R8BEE is scheduled."
No one came to my house nor did I received any call from the technician within the scheduled time slot.
On 25th May, 2023 at 2:11p.m I received a call from [protected] who said is calling from Burdwan Tata Play Office and said that today no technician would be able to visit and they would send someone on 26th May, 2023.
But on 26th May when I tracked my service request i saw that the service request has been completed and Rs 100/- has being deducted for the same.
When I raised a complaint against this with the Tata Play customer service, I received a call from [protected] and they were telling me that I am telling lies and someone must have visited and fixed the problem.
