Work request no. : I1HBCNM Generated on : 11th May 2015 For more than a week, I am not able to get the service and EVERYDAY I am calling Their helpline numbers. Since Thursday, Every time I call, after holding a call for roughly 15 mins, executive generates escalation case, gives me case number and promises me that my request will be executed on same day. But finally nobody turns up on the committed time. No further communication, nothing. Next day again I have to call helpline and cycle repeats. When tried to contact Nodal officers, they don't even come on phone. Your call will be on waiting only. Tried sending them mail, but did not get anything other than Auto reply. At the same time, Tatasky person is available and ready to come to resolve request (off the record), provided I pay him more than double that of standard charge. This means, resources are available but still artificial vacuum is getting created, so that customers are forced to pay more and money goes into individuals pocket rather than Tatasky. I am literally frustrated with this incident now. My account balance is getting deducted even when I cannot get the service. The money deducted from my account + money spent on calls would have given me new connection with other service provider. Is there anybody to answer here? Shd I really pay more (kind of bribe) and get the things done? Is there any escalation method available? Was this information helpful? | |||
