Hi Team,
1. We have done lot of calls to tata sky/play for sudden deactivation of service even after doing recharge of full year.
We have raised complaint to customer care, but complaints are getting resolved without resolution.
Also, false promises are given to resolve complaint within 2 hours but complete day issue is not getting resolved.
2. And there is slowness issue observed for binge for which we had done complaint in the start when service got activated. But company is asking us to pay visiting+ technical charges for the technical issue which is being done from their end.
Pls help to resolve these two complaints as we are unable to use services even after paying full recharge amount.
Also we request to provide us the grace days for which service was not available as tata sky/play has the amount charged for each day. Was this information helpful? |
