Tata Sky — Service technician Fraud (not changed any part)

Amount taken Rs.300 without any change part.

Resolution required: Refund Rs.300

Problem: Yesterday i have taken service request through tata play customer care due no signals in television. They send service technician for attempt the TV dish service due no signal (rain). Technician came attempt the service some remote lock issue only but he went to top floor and change the bolt at dish area discussed with my wife.
He has to ask to pay Rs. 300 for this part. after phone pay paid through my mobile UTR[protected]. Finally he went to top floor same old one replaced taken back new one.

Evening checked this bolt old one only observed and not changed any part his side taken amount Rs.300

Do the refund immediately to resolve the issue.
