Tata Sky — Services and subsequent call center in competence

I have been trying to get in touch with some one who can help me at tata sky help line [protected] from 1300hrs to 1900hrs on the 26jan 2016 during this period I have made at least 7 calls and all the operators have the same "solution" which is turn your set top box on and off ...reset the set top box ..remove the tata sky card and re insert .. And the most annoying is "what's the error message on your screen " and when I ask for the manager they all of a sudden get defensive and just will not let me speak with maybe someone that can / may help me ...well why I have been calling them is because all my channels are showing perfectly well EXCEPT the Sony six HD channel ...it is in my sports pack that I have subscribed for there is no error message on the screen its like anyother functioning channel except there is no image /broadcast on it ...now to the tata sky call center [protected] except for a lady everyone else was rude ( in the actions ) like keeping me on hold indefinitely ( 10 minutes ) once they know they cannot help me ...logically if someone is incompetent they should seek help from their seniors ...now what am ibsupposed to do just wait and pray for the channel to start working again ..BTW thisbhappened when the merger with ESPN and Sony happened before that everything was good ..

Me again ...I understand why they ask the same questions coz they have a protocol to follow, and by the process of elimination to MAYBE get to the the problem and find a solution ..but in one call if your asked 5 times " what error message is showing on the screen " and having told them the same thing on all 5 occasions ...I also understand these people may not be technical or know anything about how broadcasting etc works ...BUT then that's when you seek help from your seniors or a manager they seem afraid to seek help ..and then either disconnect or keep me on hold for the 10 minutes after which the call gets cut automatically... Anyway if some one can help mebwith this SONY SIX HD channel will be grateful... Very frustrating dealing with tata sky helpine ...BTW this is not the first horrendous experience ...
