Updated by Rajesh Lakshmipathi Issue still not resolved
Based on this complaint I got call from nodal office multiple times on 8th May and convinced me that they will install for a New demo HD box for observation for a week.
I was given a commitment that i can observe New demo HD box performance for a week. If issue dint happen again I can upgrade to new HD box(with reduction of 350rs I paid for SD box in April month and balance can be paid) or if I am not satisfied I can return SD box and I will get return of 350rs for the New SD box I paid in April End.
Two weeks went and no one called in this regard. I called customer care service on 22nd May and asked what is the status on this issue and I don't see the issue happening in HD demo box installed and no one came to collect the Demo HD box. Customer care arranged for a technician visit next day
Next day on 23rd May I got call from agent and he said are you fine with HD service and do you want to upgrade. I told I don't see same issue with HD box so I am happy to upgrade to HD box and asked technician about above Commitment provided (HD box price minus amount paid earlier for New SD box).
Suddenly he was rude and said no one will give box like that. I told this commitment I got on May 8th from nodal office. He said Better I will return your SD box and remote which we took and better speak with nodal officer.
This is not the first time I am getting this kind of attitude from technicians who visit my home. It's not about issue or money. It's about customer service, quality of service and quality of products. For a simple issue like this customer have to call multiple times and do a follow up and getting broken communication/commitment and have to face rude technician as if I am doing something wrong.
I have requested to return my SD device and remote. Even this can be a playing toy to my son but will never I repeat I WILL NEVER use TATASKY PRODUCTS in future.
