The set top box hd, which was defective has been replaced on 09/12/2015 with a new one and is working well. I was asked to sign for receipt and no bill was given to cover service charges. However
i saw a display on the tv screen that we have to pay the service charges immediately for tv viewing. No amount is mentioned. I would have paid the amount if a bill had accompanied at the time of replacement. Such sudden remarks on the screen is objectionable.
We are using tatasky since it was introduced years back. Kindly reconcile the payment for viewing without interruption. The recharge is due only in october 2016. (id [protected]).
