I would like to inform that i am a new customer who has taken subscription for two residential connection. I paid my subscription to executive name Meenal whose contact no. is [protected] on 14th December. Your technicians came and installed the 2 set top boxes on 19th December 2015. My horror story starts from here During installation they did a shoddy job of leaving all the wires hanging out of the main electric concealed box where they fitted their junction box. when asked them to concealed it they left the house saying in hindi "they cannot do anything more than this" I had to call an outside electrician and get the job done paying him extra. On 19th dec out of the the two connection installed only one connection was activated where I could see all channels. The second TV was not activated only installed. Since then I am chasing the executive Minal saying the I cannot c channels on the other TV. she said to press some Yellow button and so on for activation and watching/display of channels but everything failed. I requested her to send the technician, first she said Yes then after a day she say call the customer Help line no., register the complaint and get the same resolved. Than a question arose that since it is showing activated at Tatasky end and at the customer end we cannot watch channels doesnot means that I should be charged from 19th December for a TV which has not been activated with display of channels at the customer end. Please make a note of the same. I have requested the customer care complaint no. LU28E3U received by SAYALI register my complaint and send a technicians at my residence and activate the same and also the charges should be from the date of activation and displays of channels at customer's end and not at Tatasky end. I am sure u will look into this matter and resolve the same and live upto your name and legacy the TATAs carry of customer satisfaction and not the give me more agonies and be harrassed from your end, where I am making calls morning and evening to get the same sought out.
