My set up box is not working from 05.07.2016.I have complained on ur all centre on 06.07.2016 and your representative asked me to restore system settings which I did but signal was not showing so he lodged a complaint for me and said me the technician will come tomorrow but no one has visited the site and my set top box is still showing no signal. I request you to please arrange a technician by tomorrow .My Client Id is [protected] and my RNM no is [protected] my name is akash shivani
