[Resolved] Tata Sky — set top box needs to be paired | |||
I came back from work today and when i switched it on, I am getting a blank screen with this message - 'The set top box needs to be paired. Contact the customer care if the problem persists.' Remove the card and wipe it with a soft dry cloth, insert it back(The Tata Sky logo should be upward and the arrow pointing towards the Set-top box) and let us know the status.
