[Resolved] Tata Sky — set top box not paired error | |||
I'm revieving this message which says that the set top box needs to be paired. The customer care lines given are not being filed. Help and resolve the issue asap. I have already paid for the channels and it randomly appeared on the screen. It's not being fixed even after switching off the set top box or restarting it. Mar 31, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved Tata Sky customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Feb 25, 2019 Tata Sky Customer Care's response Hi, that's not how it should have been. Remove the card and wipe it with a soft dry cloth, insert it back(The Tata Sky logo should be upward and the arrow pointing towards the Set-top box) and let us know the status.
