[Resolved] Tata Sky — set top box not receiving main channels signals | |||
I had installed TATA SKY SD on Aug'18. For one month i had availed all channels as complimentary /Introduction month. when I changed my package to my requirement, they started blocking main channels showing the card your set top box is not receiving signals. I am not receiving main channels like Sun network, Vijay network, English News channels, Few Tamil News channels. Only Raj Network and few Tamil Channels I can able to view. I am not able to lodge complaint over phone, Customer care number is always getting disconnected after one two rings. Very worst service I am receiving from TATA Sky.
