I have been trying to get tata sky technician to visit my house for the past 4 days.they always promise they would but no one turns up.despite repeated calls and reminders and innumerable complains there is no service.also I have lost transmission but still continue to get no service.in desperation i have wasted so much time on the helplines. set top box not getting signal service is very irregular and have been having this issue for long time
