[Resolved] Tata Sky — Set top box not work properly ,frequent software downloading whole day

Customer id - [protected], i had purchased new set top box in august last week, since that time this is third time that set top box stop working and show the message as "new software being downloaded " and it take whole day, many times complained to nearest location tata sky ofice vadgaon sheri pune -14, but still not getting permanent solution from your side,
pls look into matter as expected better service from tata sky
waiting for your positive reply and earliest solution on this matter
