Tata Sky — Set-top box not working; customer care is not responding

The set-top box stopped working this morning. I tried calling the customer care number. After 1 or 2 rings they just cut the line. I tried the chat option. It took them 10 min to respond, after that when I explained my problem they asked me if I want a technician to visit.. I confirmed.. and then no response, no confirmation and they just logged off... The entire process took nearly 35 min.. 35 min to just take a complaint? very poor customer service. So after 1 hr of calling them, chatting..
