I am very much disappointed from the kind of service your company is giving to customers. My subscriber id is [protected] on 31st march 12:45 am i have placed a compliant that my set top box is not working through mail. Next day i got a message that technician visit has been arranged but till yesterday 04/04/2015 i did not received any call nor any technician visited my place. According to your policy the complain needs maximum 5 days to be resolved. After enquiring about the status of complaint i got the answer that the complaint had already been resolved. How can the complaint be closed without resolving it. How can you do such things. Again yesterday i have placed a complaint but again now i am tracking its status and its showing that the complaint had been resolved. yesterday i talked to your representative also and i was assured that it will be resolved within 24 hours but more than 24 hours have elapsed and no one had visited my place.
