[Resolved]  Tata Sky — set top box/ unable to upgrade for hd connection.

My subscriber id is [protected]. I am using standard set top box since 7 years & tried to upgrade it to hd one recently. But failed everytime. Technician and service provider rejected to take old box. As box no. On the box was gone by time,
From some places. It's not my fault it's your box your ink and your no. I barely touch the box. Anything written on paper with printing ink will go in that long time. Got frustrated please help me out. I already have 1000 rs in my old connection i want to continue with the same using hd box.

Sir my Tata sky is not working from 4 monthsmy I'd num is [protected] I have complained many times an they just say we will solve it in 2 working days I have done a recharge of 1 year an throughout I'm facing same problem nobody turns up.

It has been 52hrs and we late for recgarge on Tatasky. And its shows Subscriber ID: Not available.

I have received a call from tatasky, his customer care person forcefully for telling me for subscription of 702 number chanel after refusing by me again and again, he gave me wrong information about charges also,
