I have logged service request to update the current standard set top box by HD box on 15th April around 3 PM, now its 17th April 12 PM and I have called customer care 4 times but still service request is not scheduled. A fake entry of call being made to customer (i.e. to me) on 16th April at 9:43 Am, which is not happened. All all time when i called CC i got same answer that CC will escalate this and I will get call in 2 hrs. But no response. It looks once this month recharge gets over. I should see another service provider who can give me better service. I am really disappointed with this after using tata sky for 9 years.
Now a days it seems Tata sky got more user...so they are on 7th sky and don't bother if they are loosing customer. Don't refer tata sky to any one. Was this information helpful? |
