Tata Sky — Set top not working (Installed on 15/7/2014) | |||
TATASKY ID No.- [protected]. My SET-TOP BOX (E5GJITN) was installed on 15/7/2014 after advised of TATA SKY official, free of cost. After installation it worked 10-12 days without any problem. After that it was stopped almost daily for some period(2-4 hours). It was reported to CALL CENTRE, They helped and some time started working also.Now it is regular feature of NOT WORKING .properly NOW IT HAS STOPPED COMPLETLY .Local representative was instructed to solve the matter.They checked and said that SET-TOP BOX is FAULTY, PAY Rs. 500/- for replacement. My point is-- Rs. 500/- is not big amount to pay, but why it should demanded by TATA SKY. I AM old customer since more than 5 years . It is requested to solve the matter & not to compail to discontinue the services of TATASKY. THANK YOU Was this information helpful? | |||
