I made the complaint on 28th June about the set up box is not working.
Some one attend the same on 29th June. He said set up box is completely dead. We will replace the same within couple of days time. But no one is turned down. It is really upsetting me. I hope you may not charge for the days is not working.
PLEASE ATTEND THE SAME WITHOUT ANY FURTHER DELAY
