Hi,
I have asked the call center to send a technician to shift my Tata Sky from 1 room to another, technician came, he shifted it to another room at a distance of 10 meters to another room, charges Rs. 520 which I feel it too high for the service, any ways after shifting the box has stopped working & when I again complained he came & said that the device is faulty & need to change the device & he will do the same in 2 working days. Since than more than 6 days have gone & I have again raised a new complain( Both complain numbers are mentioned above) & nothing has been done.
Even I am not happy with the way things are being handled.
I am Dish TV user at my home & was satisfied with the services, for a change I tries Tata Sky at my new home & office as well but to be very frank & sorry I am not happy at all.
Please look into it ASAP or else I will have to surrender & buy a new alternate connection. Was this information helpful? |
