[Resolved]  Tata Sky — set up box needs to be paired

My set up box os not working the screen shows the msg that the setup box needs to be paired
Id is [protected]
Please resolve the problem as soon as possible. I am trying to contact helpline number also but no response look into the matter and solve it as soon as possible it has been 2 days since we have recharged the set up box but it is still not working look into the matter

Hi, we understand your concern. Please turn off the set-top box. Remove the digicard and wipe it with a soft dry cloth and then insert the digicard into the slot. Turn it on and check if the problem persists.
