[Resolved]  Tata Sky — set-up box no signal

Helpline no not working. Toll free no telling per min RS.2 to be charged. Last six day non ops. 2 time called cc. Virus on set-up box, do it 2 Hr. Update going on. Switch on/off. Mis called on reg mob no SMS. Visit charge RS 100. Refund last 6 days money. We are not used. Do it else we think for migration.while switch on TV with DTH screen shows, please wait set-up box is connecting. After that it shows cloudy weather, virus effect, signal not receiving etc. Toll to date your toll free no not working. First complain replying that your text is very small. Extend it. It shows your effeciency of service. We understand what type of quality you are maintained when call come from customer.

Your site engineer visited. What he had done. Clean the cable connection on dish antenna. Reset the setup box. Which can be done by us if you or your staff guide us in phone. We should not wait for 15 days without connection. 15 days subscription deduct from main balance + RS 100 paid as visit charge. You are nowingly sowing this thing for harassing customer to show your business balance sheet is higher. Now it is running satisfactorily. If possible refund the subscription amount which I had not used Your service.
