Tata Sky — set up box / no view on tv

I had filed a complaint on 18.04.2019 and it was resolved on 19.04.19 but temporarily. Today again TV is not viewing pics. The complain was lodged with Sanya enterprises, Haridwar road aroorkee. My RMN is [protected]
The representative from Sanya enterprises visited and resolved it but again the complaint exists
