Tata Sky — Setup box issue - unavailed services - refund sought | |||||
Hi I have purchased Tata Sky set up box and recharge my account regularly on monthly basis. Their service are very bad. There are quite many days Channels does not receive the signal. As the I have already prepaid the amount for those channels which I am not able to avail services. I should get the refund for the services which I have not able to avail. Their customer care is too bad. They are not able to manage the customer complaints. they keep us on hold for half and hour and then don't reply only and call off. This is not the way to behave also with the customer. I am very stressed due to same. I am not seeking any compensation for the same. But I have legal right to get the refund for the services which I have not availed. This even does not match the standard of the Companies like Tata.. It is their ethical duty to refund the money for unavailed services for which they have received advance payment. Was this information helpful? | |||||
