Tata Sky — Setup Box not receiving signal - repeated problem since[protected]/ Arrogant Customer service

There was no signal on setup box in evening[protected] despite having a clear sky. It is a pain to get in touch with customer care centre in the night 11:30 PM as most of the team hardly picks call and even if they do they disconnect or put on hold. After trying several times I finally launched the complaint vide WO I51ET2V. Next day[protected], the signal went normal in morning while the representative came and he did a sanity check in afternoon doing master data reset. The problem came again in evening & it was a nightmare calling Tatasky at 11 PM. This time customer care team acknowledged the problem as many customers are facing this due to congestion at Tatasky for which they told that they are reimbursing the customers with extension of validity by 15-20 days. It went well until I asked them why they penalize customers first and then refund based on their own discretion. The communication suddenly got changed to no refund and only resolution of problem and I asked to connect the superior. After much waiting the call got disconnected. I called again the customer team member Rizwan to transfer the call to Supervisor Anupam who disconnected in haste. I again called and then Ashish transferred the call to supervisor Santosh who finally launched the complaint and allocated WO I5K7K2V. I am extremely disappointed with service of Tatasky and especially the behavior shown by customer service team. They are not monitored in night & they harass the customers intentionally. Do you have a solution to this case and How Will I get compensation for loss of my time, money and above all patience.

Post the complaint launched on[protected] and WO I5K7K2V assigned, technician Kapil came on[protected] and he checked the dish and connecting cable. He cut and re-connected the cable to the dish but did not had the punching machine to properly connect the connector to cable. After asking him to bring it, he told that punching machine is lost and some other technician would come and fix it. I told that the connector can again take rust but he didnot had any solution to this. I thereby called the customer care and communicated not to close the WO as the call is not fully resolved.
In the afternoon I am getting the message that WO has been cancelled. I am not getting service from Tatasky for last 2 days and without asking the customer anyone can cancel the WO, does Tatasky has any SLA or feedback or confirmation mechanism. The technician didnt had any service receipt & he came empty handed and left as is basis.

In the evening[protected] again it was the same problem and there was no signal. I was very keen to see the quarterfinal IPL match but again this disaster happened as no signal made me very frustrated. All because for last 2 days of no service from tatasky and on top of that the service and call center executive only added to pathetic experience. With no option left I relaunched the complaint to Raman Deep Singh and he launched the WO I63PADZ. Still waiting for the revert from Tatasky.

People spend thousands of rupees to watch IPL matches and I could not even bank on the service from Tatasky and get the excuse from them in return with delay after delay. Who is going to compensate me for this terrible loss. This is beyond money, time and now affecting life.
