Complaint was registered on 16th May 2017 at 0721 Hrs for sudden stoppage of Tata Sky. I was asked to switch Off the Setup box and switch on again by customer care executive but setup box was not responding. I was assured that the technical person will contact me by 10:00 Am and technician will visit my house to resolve the issue. After constant follow up I received two messages at 1759 hrs on 17th May 2017
1.( Hi! We will contact you on RMN in 2 working hrs to take appointment for visit.TataSky WO No#X8G18FY will be attended in 24 hours.During visit Pls check Ch-190)
2.(Tata Sky Installer visit for WO No#X8G18FY is scheduled between 17/05/2017 18:59 & 19:39 In case of query pls contact our helpline on[protected]
After this message no Technician contacted me and on 18th May 2017 I received a message at 1011 Hrs
(Dear Subscriber, your WO No#X8G18FY dated 16/05/2017 07:21 has been cancelled. For queries pls contact our Helpline on [protected])
After receiving this message I called Tata Sky customer care and came to know that my complaint has been cancelled without any comment or reason stated. Customer care person asked me to register one more complaint.
My Tata Sky is not working for Three days but the company will make sure that money keeps getting deducted from my Tata Sky account despite of system not working and service not been provided to me, Every time I call customer care I am assured that complain will be attended within 2 Hrs.
Services of Tata Sky is very poor and we need to collectively take up the issue Was this information helpful? |
