Tata Sky — Signa issue (work order number NS[protected]. Still any technician not visited at my place) | |||
Hi, From last 2 weeks I am facing poor signal issue due to that I am not able to see some normal channels & all HD channels. On 13-April-2015 (Monday) I raised complaint giving missed call to ([protected]). I Received work order number NS[protected]. Still any technician not visited at my place. If I am not doing DTH recharge on time then Tata Sky dis-connect my service very next day & taking 15 rupees extra cost to reconnect but when I am raising complaint no one is responding very next day, may ask why is this difference.
