Tata Sky — Signal complications and no HD service | |||
It has been more than 3 weeks and two complaints that we have forwarded to the tatasky about their weak signal issue. Everytime we call their customer service, the voice from the other end assures us a quick resolve to the problem. But all talk and no action, till date no service guy has visited us, neither they replied to the multiple mails that I sent them. My relation with TataSky goes back to the time when they started their first service in India. In this period of 8 yrs one thing has become clear that they never hesitate to cancel your subscription if you make a late payment even just for one day. And yes thats right they have every right to demand money for the service provided. But now going by the same logic, if they failed to provide us the subscription as well keep on deducting the money from our account; isnt this equivalent to cheating and fraud. For the last 21 days, I am deprived of the services that I've paid well in advance. Is tatasky going to refund my money back for the loss of 21 days and show me the same business audacity like they did while deactivating our subscription for late payment.
