Tata Sky — Signal failure and irresponsible customer service | |||
Subscriber Id : [protected] I'd been having problems in getting signals in my Tatasky DTH service for more than 15 days. First time when I complained they sent a local technician who just changed a connector and I's charged Rs. 160. When the problem persisted they sent another technician who changed another connector and I's charged again. But the same problem persists. When I contact the customer support now they simply listen to the complaint, promise to register the complaint and send SMS that within 2 hours a technician will contact. I've got 4 work orders in one week still nobody has contacted me. I'd given a email complaint also for which I got a similar reply with no action yet. When I wanted to close my semi annual subscription I's told that I'll not get any refund.. Without any signal my account is getting deducted daily. I've now decided to change to another service even if I loose money. Was this information helpful? | |||
