Tata Sky — signal failure issue & technology upgradation issue

For two days in month of June not a single channel was able to view. on my mail complaint received that We are upgrading our technology so please bear with us & then they send technician to home visit & deducted rs 170-00 from my account. When fault is from your side, you are upgrading your technology why we should bear the penalty? & also it has not been intimate prior. Every now & then there is signal failure issue is occuring from April month onwards. Please arrange to get be back credit of Rs 170/- in my account ASAP.
