Tata Sky — Signal for set of box not recd. for past 3 days (02.04.15 to till date)

My ID No. [protected] is not receiving signal in the set top box from 02.04.2015 to till date. Customer care help line not responding. SMS given to 56633 and called to help line no. [protected] and there is no proper response or feed back as when this will get resolved.
